Who We Are
Elite Cleaning was founded in 1998 by a small team of certified cleaning technicians who believed the Upper Valley deserved better. Better equipment, better chemistry, better communication, and above all, better results. Twenty-five years later, we're still family-owned, still answering our own phone, and still showing up on time to every single appointment.
Our Approach
Carpet cleaning done right is more than just a wand and some soap. It's a science, and we treat it that way. We identify the fiber, the soil type, the construction of your carpet, and the specific issues you're dealing with. Then we select the right pre-treatment, water temperature, extraction method, and post-treatment for your particular situation.
We use truck-mounted hot-water extraction equipment that generates more heat and vacuum lift than portable units ever can. The result: carpets that are genuinely cleaner, dry in 2 to 4 hours instead of 24, and stay cleaner longer because no residue is left behind.
Our Technicians
Every Elite Cleaning technician is trained to IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards. They're background-checked, uniformed, and know your home deserves respect. Shoe covers go on at the door. Corner guards protect your walls. Water is contained to the carpet, not splashed on your baseboards.
Our Guarantee
If any part of our service doesn't meet your expectations, we come back and make it right at no additional charge. That's it. No fine print, no "subject to availability," no runaround. We built this business on referrals, and we're not about to lose yours over something we can fix.
"The hardest-working people I've met in 20 years of running my inn. They treat my carpets like they own the place." — Rebecca H., Innkeeper, Woodstock VT
