Service Terms
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning service. If you aren't satisfied, we will return within 7 days of the service and re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. Pre-existing permanent stains, worn carpet, color loss, filtration lines, and manufacturer defects are not conditions that cleaning can correct and are not covered under the guarantee.
Scheduling
We ask for 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a small service charge.
Payment
Payment is due at completion of service unless alternative terms have been pre-arranged. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfer. Commercial accounts are invoiced on net-15 terms.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Cleaning is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage during our service, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item at reasonable commercial value.
